Free shipping promotions are applicable to residential or business addresses, including Lift Gate service for large items.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. However, you can place orders 24/7. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) begin processing and fulfillment as early as the following business day.
Backordered Items:
Some items may be placed on backorder. In such cases, additional time may be required for shipment. Our management team will provide updates and advise you accordingly.
Transit Times:
Shipping transit times commence once your order leaves our warehouse. Please refrain from scheduling installations or replacements until you’ve received your product to avoid potential additional charges.
Equipment Arrival:
Upon receiving your order, inspect each item on the pallet thoroughly. Ensure that the number of items matches the count printed on the delivery receipt before signing.
Reporting Missing or Incorrect Items:
Any missing or incorrect items noted on the delivery receipt must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact our customer service department via email at information@wholesalehvacdirect.com or sales@wholesalehvacdirect.com. We reserve the right to reject claims for missing items if not reported within this timeframe.
Inspecting Deliveries:
Inspect each item in front of the driver before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damages, shortages, or discrepancies accordingly. Do not sign the receipt until you’ve thoroughly inspected the shipment.
Making Notes on the Delivery Receipt:

Customers are responsible for checking and ensuring that the received products are free of damages and shortages.
Resolution for Missing Items:
If the freight carrier cannot locate missing items, we’ll ship them to you at no charge if they were noted on the delivery receipt.
