Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Initiating a Return:

To start a return process, please contact us at information@wholesalehvacdirect.com or sales@wholesalehvacdirect.com. We’ll provide you with a return label and instructions. Returns must be sent to the original fulfillment center. Please email us your reason for return along with your request for a return label. It’s essential to inspect your package upon delivery for any discrepancies or damages caused during transit. You reserve the right to reject the delivery and mark the paperwork with a valid reason to document any damage.

Return Procedure:

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged Shipments:

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exceptions:

Certain items, particularly those that have been previously installed, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about specific items.

Exchanges:

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order separately. If the initial purchase was determined to be incorrect, you reserve the right to purchase a different product before the return inspection. However, if the returned item has been installed or tampered with, it will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

European Union Cooling Off Period:

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned earlier.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Handling Damaged Shipments:

In the event of a damaged shipment, please contact us within 24 hours. If you’re present during delivery, accept the items but note the damage on the delivery receipt and inform us immediately.

Restocking Fees:

You may return your unopened order after 30 days for a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 20% and minus shipping costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please retain the original packaging for return shipping. Restocking fees may apply if the item is returned in damaged or unsellable condition, or if it’s returned after 30 days from the order date.
